1. Agreement to the Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the service

Quick Recorder is an application for recording audio on Apple Watch, iPhone, and iPad, transcribing and summarizing with on-device processing or cloud processing selected by the user, and integrating with cloud services. Main features include:

• Audio recording on Apple Watch, iPhone, and iPad
• On-device transcription and summarization
• Optional external AI service integrations such as Gemini, Groq, and Claude
• Cloud service sync with Notion, GitHub, Google Drive, AWS, Dify, and iCloud

3. Conditions of use

To use the App, you must comply with the following conditions:

• An iPhone or iPad running iOS 18.0 or later, or an Apple Watch running watchOS 11.0 or later, is required.
• Some features require permission to access the microphone and speech recognition.
• Cloud integrations require accounts and authentication settings for the relevant services.

4. Prohibited activities

You may not use the App for the following activities:

• Using the App for purposes that violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Recording in a way that infringes another person’s privacy, such as recording conversations without consent
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or modifying the App
• Using the App to distribute malware or spam
• Bypassing or disabling the App’s security features

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights related to the App, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, belong to the operator or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any such rights to you.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The operator is not responsible for the following:

• Accuracy of transcription or summaries
• Loss or corruption of data
• Availability or reliability of third-party services such as Notion, GitHub, Google Drive, AWS, Dify, Gemini, Groq, and Claude
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App

7. Changes or termination of the service

The operator reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate App features without prior notice. For significant changes, the operator will make reasonable efforts to notify users.

8. Changes to the Terms

The operator reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time. If you continue using the App after changes, you are deemed to have agreed to the updated Terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes related to these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
